Comme nous l’évoquions début mars, Giuseppe Bono a bien été reconduit pour trois ans à son poste de directeur général Fincantieri à l’occasion de l’assemblée générale des actionnaires du groupe italien.

Voici le communiqué diffusé le 5 avril par Fincantieri

Trieste, April 5, 2019 – The new Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” or the “Company”), appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held today and which will remain in office until the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as at 31 December 2021, met today under the chairmanship of Giampiero Massolo.

The Board of Directors confirmed Giuseppe Bono as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Chairman Giampiero Massolo has been granted the following powers: institutional representation and, jointly with the Chief Executive Officer, contribution to international strategies, communication, internal control and corporate security.

The Chief Executive Officer Giuseppe Bono has been granted extensive powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Company, except for those reserved to the Board’s exclusive jurisdiction.

Notice is hereby given that, as of today, Mr. Bono holds 84,000 Fincantieri ordinary shares.
